Howling Blue Moon

Today I would like to show you another polish that while it came out as part of a Halloween Collection, it is so pretty that every day would accept it on its own. This is Ninja Polish - Howling Blue Moon.

First thing I loved about it is the little moon glitter. I haven't seen it before this polish and I just fell completely in love with it! I especially loved the fact that the little moons are few and random and not filling the nail. And for that - they do come out by themselves. No need to dig or fish for them. On every nail I got at least one little moon. Well, if you wanted more you could fish some. But I really liked the pure randomness. The formula of this polish is gorgeously smooth and very easy to apply. This polish is rich with shimmer holo  glitter that it is almost opaque in two coats despite the jelly base. Well, I suppose a third coat could do well but I totally didn't feel the need for it. It dries pretty quick in a semi-matte finish but I think a glossy top coat brings so much more fun out of this polish. I used 2 thick coats of Seche Vite and if you like the surface of your nail smooth - you might want to do the same, or even use a heavier top coat like Gelous.  By the way - this beauty glows in the dark! Unfortunately I couldn't get any pictures of it glowing, but I will try the next time I wear it!

hmmm... love the blue base but I'm not digging the moons.. they do look cool, I'm just behind and live in the stone ages and I'm still quite not on the wagon with loose glitter like that... it's awesome that it glows in the dark!!!

I am with Chameleon Stampede & Gosia... I love it except for the moon glitter. But they do look pretty sparse, and the blue shade is actually quite stunning. I LOVE the sunlight photos, moons and all! :)

This is so pretty! I love the moon-shaped glitters. I'm glad you don't have to fish for them. One or two moons per nail is the perfect amount... more would look crazy lol. :-)
